I tried and our staff tried to get rates from the Big Five Lodge. In desparation I phoned the manager who promised that the rates will be on my desk later that day. It is three weeks later and I am still waiting. If your service is as bad as your admin there is just no ways, that Temba Travel will recommened you. I will only change my mind if you can proof to me that you understand somehow how the industry is suppose to work.

I need to report a complaint as I was utterly disgusted by the service at The Big 5 Lodge. I will be taking action but need to first report back as I will notexcept  the way I was treated as a customer...utterly disgusted, not worth the  money I spent and the time I sent trying to be civil.

Hi Lebo I am not from The Big Five Lodge but from Temba Travel. Your letter is no suprise to me. If you booked this place due to a recommendation on our website Temba Travel sincerely appologise. See also my remark of 5 Oct above.

We give excellent service to both the customer and the hotels and we shall not hesitate to withdraw our support. We have done so with hug business partners. See KLM SUCKS
