Big 5 Chobe Lodge offers affordable accommodation in the world-renowned Chobe region of Botswana. The lodge is located on the banks of the Chobe River and offers breathtaking views towards Impalila Island. Here, in the furthest northeast corner of Botswana, four African countries meet: across the Chobe River is Namibia, to the northeast is Zambia, and to the east is Zimbabwe.

BOTSWANA
Big 5 Chobe Lodge is the most affordable lodge in or around Chobe National Park. Perhaps you would like to spoil yourselves with something more upmarket. The Chobe Safari Lodge in Kasane on the border with Chobe Game reserve is a four star property known for excellent accommodation , game drives and food. The Mowana Safari Lodge is more upmarket and they are famous for their golf course while Senyati Safari Lodge offers self-catering accommodation in the bush. Senyati however, is visited daily by large numbers of elephants, buffalo and other game. When travelling from Big 5 Chobe Lodge to Cape Town, travelers can stay over in Cresta Lodge in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana and 9 hours drive from Big 5 Chobe Lodge and Kasane. This lodge is one of the most popular hotels in Gaborone CBD.
NAMIBIA LODGES
Sossusvlei Desert Camp is a must see place in Namibia. You will take at least three days to reach it from Kasane. Desert Camp offers luxury self-catering (self contained) accommodation at Sossusvlei Namibia. Windhoek is the most central, largest and capital city of Namibia. Accommodation in Windhoek include the Windhoek Country Club, The Safari hotel and other self-catering accommodation such as Arebusch Lodge and Monteiro.
OTHER ZIMBABWE LODGES
A logical next stop would be a visit to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. At Victoria Falls there is a wide selection of hotels. We recommends the A'Zambezi River Lodge which is a few kilometers upstream on the banks of the Zambezi or you can stay at Ilala Lodge which is a boutique hotel and the nearest hotel to the Falls. Sprayview Hotel located only 1,4km from the majestic Victoria falls the spray rises like a column of smoke and can be seen from the hotel, hence the name “Sprayview”. Driving down to Hwange National Park we would recommend Hwange Safari Lodge for excellent game viewing.
